Garin Eugene

(1922-1994)

Born in 1922. A pupil of the famous artist P. Y. Fedotov. Garin's creative work was greatly influenced by the painting technique of I. Aivazovsky. "Garin's wave" is the master's aspiration to introduce his vision into the Naval theme. He was very successful in it. His works are well-known in the United States where the artist emigrated to and painted the majority of his canvases. The Russian marine painter's name can be found in most popular information issues, and his paintings are the highlights of many museums and art galleries of the United States and the world.
